3. How work starts

4. Prices and payment

5. Delivery

Each service is delivered within the time in the table above. If I miss that time by my own fault, the refund policy tells you what you can do. The delivery policy has the details.

5A. Refunds and cancellations

The refund policy and the cancellation policy form part of these terms. They set out what you get back and when.

5B. Stopping the monthly service

There is no minimum term. You can stop the monthly any month, by email or in your Whop account. It ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. Nothing more is charged after that.

6. What the work is, and what it is not

7. Your clients' information

I never need your clients' personal information to do this work. Please do not send me anything that identifies one of your clients. If it reaches me by mistake, I delete it and tell you.

8. What I need from you

9. Ownership

10. No result promise

I promise a refund, not a result. I do not promise a number of calls, clients, subscribers or sales. What your road brings in depends on you, your readers and your market. The 60-day promise in section 5A is the only guarantee I give.

11. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid me for the service in question.

12. Privacy

How I use personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

14. Changes

If these terms change, I update the date at the top. The terms that apply to your work are the ones in place on the day I confirmed it in writing.
